I fell in love with the Desigual brand when I worked in Dubai in 2010 and have always loved the quality and style of the clothes and bags. The online shop is fantastic and there are always new styles, new collaborations and some great sale items. I am always super happy with my purchases!!

Love Desigual. They staff are so friendly, always with a smile on their face, laughing and happy and even escort you to the change rooms, what an amazing bunch of ladies.
Well done to the them on representing your brand and making me want to come back for more.

Excellent customer service, Sandton staff is amazing, might not remember all their names but i know Zanele n Sim, very helpful n willingness to make sure i am satisfied with my purchase process, thank u also for all my goods , i love them a lot, unique ,just amazing stuff

I have seldom ever had service like I have had at Desigual Sandton. The staff, especially Zanele have gone above and way beyond to offer help and make certain I was 100% satisfied. Shopping at Desigual Sandton is a truly awesome experience and for a person who hates shopping, it is a treat to go into that store. I am never disappointed and it’s not only the great clothes but also the incredible staff who are responsible for that! I recently ordered two bags on the online Desigual sale. I was notified the next day of a glitch on the site and that one of the bags was not on sale and the other out of stock. When I called to accept a refund I was offered the full priced bag to the value of my purchase. I really appreciate the gesture by the Sandton store to not disappoint a customer and love my new bag.

Firstly, this store has the most unique clothing which I thoroughly enjoy buying and wearing. I've been to the store in menlyn(closed now) and the store in sandton, my experience with the staff has always been positive. This time, I had to do a review for exceptional service from them. When I got home from shopping last night I realized that I was missing 1 shopping bag (Nike purchase) spent a bit of time trying to retrace my steps and decided I'd give desigual a call in the morning.When I called I had barely finished my question when the lady on the other end told me they had my bag and were going to go to Nike to see if they could trace me down, as they weren't sure which customer had left their bag there. She assured me that shell keep it safe for me until I am able to collect it. I was so relieved and so thankful for the lovely staff members of desigual.
