Returns and Refunds policy of Desigual South Africa
We work hard to make you love our products while making sure they meet strict quality standards. If you aren’t happy with your purchase then we are here to help, subject to our terms and conditions.
We only do refunds for online purchases, however in order to qualify for a refund, please note the following:
- Items must not have been used or worn and must be in their original condition with all our labels still attached.
- You must notify us of your request for a refund or exchange within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product.
- The original receipt or other proof of purchase must be provided.
- We do not refund goods that were bought on sale or promotion (we will however gladly exchange it for the correct size) or of products that have been altered (whether at the customer’s request or otherwise) or where there is any part of an item missing.
- We do not provide refunds for gift cards or credit notes.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, swim wear, lingerie or bodysuits may not be returned or exchanged, except where they have supplier defects.
To return your product, you should arrange for delivery by courier to: Desigual, Sandton City, Shop L10, Level 4, Sandton City Shopping Centre, cnr Rivonia Road and Sandton Drive, Sandhurst, Sandton. Please mark the item for the attention of: The Managers.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and insurance costs for the return of your item. Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return, shipping and insurance will be deducted from your refund, if we arrange for the return shipping on your behalf.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary. If you require your item to be delivered to you urgently, then an additional courier charge may apply.
